Hi! I would like to request information of the following and its proper implementation:

Permanent Official Stn:  Cluster I - DTE Rate: P1,500

We traveled to Manila (destination) (Cluster III - DTE Rate: 2,200) . On the 3rd day is our return flight to our Official Station.  Per E.O. 77 Section 5(c)., We understand that "Day of Departure for Permanent Official Station (regardless of time) if other than date of arrival" the allowable DTE apportionment is 50% of DTE.

Q: What is the Correct DTE Rate (Cluster) to be used?
A. Official Station - C.I - P1,500
B. Manila (destination) - C.III - P2,200

Greetings!

This refers to your inquiry with regard to  Executive Order (EO) No. 77 which prescribes the rules and regulations and rates of expenses and allowances for foreign and local travels of government personnel.

Since you have raised very specific issues, we suggest that you address your concerns directly to the DBM Regional Office No. XI for the proper resolution of your concerns.
