You asked for NBC 461 8th cycle.

Please be informed that the specific guidelines under NBC No. 461 are currently being reviewed by a Technical Working Group (TWG)  which was created through Commission on Higher Education Special Order No. 51, s. 2018.  Said TWG is composed of representatives from CHED,  and a representative each from the DBM and the Civil Service Commission.
