Hello ma'am/sir, I would like to request for any notes/soft copies/e-books pertaining to the abovementioned document. The reason being is that I have a report on such topic in Governmental Budgeting. I am currently taking MPA, at Cebu Normal University, and I was assigned to discuss on the latest issuances/memorandum/ circulars in Local Fiscal Administration.
