Dear DBM,

Thank you for posting the consolidated SAOB report for Q3 of 2016, including per-agency breakdowns. However, I would like to request for files of the same in Open Data or editable format (.XLSX, .XLS, .CSV, etc.) in order to facilitate analysis (i.e., no more need to re-format the .PDF file). I would also like to request for the same for the two previous quarters of the year.

I would also highly suggest that, henceforth, such Open Data file of the SAOB reports be posted alongside the .PDF file, like what you do for the Status of Allotment Releases.
