Your Request

You asked for Executive Branch Itemized Expenses for Year 2016-2017.

Response to Request

In response to your request on the list of expenses from the Executive Branch for the period June 13, 2016 to December 31, 2017, please be informed that the details of expenditures of the government agencies are shown in the Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing (BESF), which is published annually and posted on the DBM website. 

The actual expenditures for the year 2016 are contained in the FY 2018 BESF. Please click  https://www.dbm.gov.ph/index.php/budget-documents/2018/besf-table-2018.

However, the actual data on expenditures of the agencies for FY 2017 will be reflected in the FY 2019 BESF that will be completed by July 2018. Nevertheless, you may visit the individual websites of the government agencies for their latest accountability reports.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Benjamin E. Diokno/osec.dbm.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
