Hi! I would like to request for the DBM Compensation Policy Guidelines no. 2004-1 dated Janiary 8, 2004. I've tried looking into the DBM publications under Compendium of issuances but it was not included in the list.

Kindly provide a copy the said compensation policy guidelines as it will be very useful in my work. Thank you so much! GOD bless!
