Dear Mr. Dabalos,

This pertains to your inquiry regarding the possible release of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for teaching position of scholar graduates.

The preparation of NOSCA is one of the functions already delegated to our Regional Offices.  Accordingly, our DBM Regional Offices will be in the best position to address your concern.
