Greetings!  I am currently 3rd year taking up Economics at PUP. I would like to request the information on the following:

1) CLASSIFICATION OF THE FUNCTIONS OF GOVERNMENT, FYs 1999-2018 in Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing focusing on Tertiary Education in Education Sector.

We have already gathered from the years 2017 to the present but there is no data available from 2017 and below.
