Hi! I would like to ask whether the "Chairman" position can be vacant in the even that the GOCC does not currently have a Department Manager personnel.

E.O. 888 as amended by EO 309 provides that the Disposal Committee shall be composed of the following:

"Chairman	
A senior official with a rank not lower than the level of an Assistant Secretary for a department and Assistant Director for a bureau/agency or department manager for a GOCC".
