Hello, I would just like to follow up if NOSCA was already released by DBM Region XI (Davao) as the Deped Davao City Division have submitted the same document for approval last September.

The said NOSCA is for the reclassification of my item position from TIII to MTI. T

Dear Mr. Odoy:

This pertains to your inquiry sent through the electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) dashboard dated November 9, 2022 on whether or not the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) was already issued relative to the processing of your item for reclassification due to conversion from Teacher III to Master Teacher I position.

Please be informed that our Office did not receive a request from the Schools Division of Davao City for the processing of reclassification of your item.

As represented by the Schools Division of Davao City, they cannot act favorably on the reclassification of your position due to funding constraints and the lumpsum appropriation intended for the purpose in the current year’s budget was already exhausted. However, the processing of your reclassification will be given priority in the next year’s budget. 

We hope we have clarified you on the matter. Thank you.
