Good day po. Inquire lang po ako with regards to my Item Number. Ano po ba ang aking Item Number? Nakareceive po ako ng notification with this Item TCH3-1022548-1998. Kanino po kayang item number yan? If napromote po ako with that Item Number in 2012 po, bakit po yong salary ko ay Teacher-I hanggang ngayon po?

You asked for information as to what plantilla position and the corresponding item number you are occupying with at DepEd Surigao del Sur Division.
Please be informed that per verification in the Government Manpower Information System (GMIS), you are holding a plantilla position of Teacher III with Item No. TCH3-1022548-1998. Thus, we suggest that you may directly coordinate with the Division of Surigao del Sur to reconcile the inconsistency of the salary you have presently received as Teacher I vis-a-vis the actual position you are currently occupying as Teacher III in the GMIS.
