This refers to your request for a copy of guidelines as regards the 8th cycle evaluation of  National Budget Circular (NBC) No. 461,

Please be informed that said guidelines are currently being reviewed by this Department and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). 

May we further note that the CHED is the head of the Technical Working Group tasked to review said guidelines.
