Sir/ Maam,
I tried calling the number posted but to no avail its not available anymore..I tried email method to the DBM region, waiting for feedback.
According to Cebu City Division it was forwarded to the regional office November of 2019 with tracking number RS2019-19109.
The regional office completed/processed the task February 2020. They could not answer anymore question but suggested to ask DBM on the whereabout of the transfer of plantilla: Farah Diva D. Piencenaves .
I would like to ask/follow up: what happened to my request? is it for release? or....

You inquired about status of the Request for Transfer of Plantilla Item from Don Sergio Osmeña, Sr. Memorial National Highschool to Pardo National Highschool.

Response to Request

The above-mentioned request was received by this office on February 7, 2020. However, the same was returned on the same day due to lacking documents.

Attached herewith is the copy of the return letter dated February 7, 2020. You may follow-up the action of this request to your school and/or DepEd-Region VII.
