I am writing on behalf of Healthworkers in Pampanga, and I would like to request a disbursement report for the Health Emergency Allowance that was allocated to Hospitals in Pampanga.

The disbursement report should include the following information:

1. Total amount received Health Emergency Allowance of each Hospital per Month.
2. Dates of disbursement and the corresponding recipient Hospital.
3. Approved HEA Months of each Hospital and what are for funding.

Your Request

You asked for DISBURSED HEALTH EMERGENCY ALLOWANCE IN REGION 3.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. Inasmuch as the evaluation, validation, and processing of claims for the grant of the HEA to eligible HCW and non-HCWs, including the disbursement of funds to respective hospitals,  fall within the authority of the Department of Health (DOH) pursuant to DOH-DBM Joint Circular No. 2022-0001 dated February 10, 2022, the said Department is in a better position in addressing the query raised about the disbursed HEA in Region III.

Your right to request a review
