Good Day! According to BTr since GOCC are not using MDS, kung gagamitin padaw di na daw need ibalik unless hindi na ioobligate at gagamitin. Mag leletter lang daw kay DBM na gagamitin pa yung cash.

Ang sabi naman ni DBM, dapat binabalik lahat ng unused NCA. Tapos mag rerequest ulit sa kanila if gagamitin na.

We would like to request clear guideline si DBM and BTr for GOCC.

Sa AAR naman ng DBM, isa sa recomm ng auditor na ipa adopt sa mga GOCC yung MDS.
