We would like to know if we can get a copy of the DBM list of LGU IRA Shares for Region V (Bicol Region) from FY 1998 to 2003.  We need the data to analyze the historical IRA or NTA share of Iriga City for the purpose of planning and budgeting.

Dear Ms. Benjamin:

This refers to your Request for Information (RFI) dated November 14, 2023 requesting for information on the following:

1. Internal Revenue Allotment (IRA) shares for Region V from FY 1998-2003, particularly the National Tax Allotment (NTA) share of Iriga City.
	
Relative thereto, we would like to inform you that the information being requested is no longer available in this Office considering that the maintenance, preservation and storage of said record has already exceeded its retention period of five (5) years based on the approved DBM Records Disposition Schedule (RDS) by the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP).
 
The Notice of Non-Availability (Annex G) is hereto attached for your reference.
