Good day! I would like to request for the breakdown of internal revenue allotment per LGU, per barangay, between years 2000-2015. The scope is NCR. Specifically, we only need the years 2000, 2010, and 2015

At the minimum, I would like to have the 2019 IRA per province, per city, per municipality, and per barangay. The scope is national.

I refer to my letter of May 03, 2019 08:30:20 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Internal Revenue Allocation per Barangay in NCR.

Our response to your request is due on May 24, 2019 08:30:20 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request because details for FY 2000 shall be checked with our Central Records Division since the retention of said document is now with them based on our current policy for the disposition of records. However, for FYs 2010, 2015 and 2019, we are glad to inform you that this can be retrieved through the DBM website with the link: http://reports.dbm.gov.ph/ira.php > click on the appropriate fiscal year > select Barangay > select appropriate Region > select appropriate Province > click Search.

I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Jun 21, 2019 08:30:20 AM.
