A blessed day!
I am a returning OFW. In my interest to remain in our country and be employed, I joined the SPIMS NRCO Program by DOLE, DEPED, DMW and OWWA. I have received already the Endorsement Letter from the DEPED dated July 19, 2023. I was able to transmit this letter to the Schools Division Office of Marikina City. And I was advised to wait for the approved NOSCA from the DBM. With this, I would like to know the status of my NOSCA to at least lessen my worry since I am currently unemployed and I have a family to support. I hope for you kind response regarding my request.
