May we request for the copy of the NBM No. 95 (not available at DBM webpage)? It shall be used as a basis for the policy development on the grant of honoraria to BSU Instructors/Professors rendering actual classroom teaching beyond office hours, in the conduct of Professional Education-Special Class, as per CHED Memorandum Order 11-2009.
