I am respectfully requesting for the following documents from your good office, if available:

1. DBM Procurement Policy Manual;
2. Standard procurement documents (e.g., Omnibus Notice to Observers, letter-request for assistance to validate documents relating to post-qualification, TWG post-qualification report, evaluation criteria [with factor analysis]);
3. Presentations (e.g., powerpoints, videos) presented during procurement meetings to laymanize procurement law concepts;
4. Compilation of standard technical specifications for various goods.
