Dear Sir / Madam,

This is Vykmon Gasco, a former employee of GPPB-TSO and currently an employee of DICT.

This is to request from your good Office a copy of DBM Department Order No. 22 (relating to IPCR and IPAR) as this is the document cited by Ms. Julie Abrigo, SAO of GPPB-TSO, as one of the reasons why my IPAR for Jan-Sept has not been signed by Exec. Dir. Rowena Ruiz in order to have my clearance.

In this regard, may I request for a copy of said DBM Department Order, which has reference to IPCR and IPAR, for my reference and verify Ms. Abrigo's statement.
