This is Enrick Greg Castillo of Cagamutan NHS Div of Northern Samar, I received a letter about my Inquiry on the status of my application NOSCA, i quit disappointed about the result of my Inquiry ( Status of my NOSCA application for Master Teacher via Reclassification). According to the letter I or my school did not met the required number of teachers in the plantilla for a Master Teacher position that should have 5-7 teachers, but in fact we have more than the required number of teachers in our school plantilla. Please do check out plantilla because there are two separate sheets of plantilla

You are asking for a review of the DBM action with regard to your request for the reclassification of your position .

Please be informed that the reclassification of  positions in the Department of Education (DepEd) has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.  Hence, we suggest that you write directly to the concerned DBM Regional Office as regards your appeal ,
