Response to Request

Please be informed that DBM Budget Execution Guidelines (including No. 2004-1 dated January 8, 2004), are being issued for concerned DBM Offices only, to prescribe rules and regulations to be adopted on certain budget execution related matters.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, this Office cannot furnish you of the requested information since the said guidelines is internal to the DBM only.
