Hi Sir/Ma'am,

Good day!

We would like to follow-up our OCA and HEA for year 2021 and 2022. We are composed of company nurses and clinic nurses under Aventus Medical Care, Inc. located in Makati City. Our company already submitted our names for the said benefit; however, we haven't received any update to date.

We hope for your positive outcome and swift response on this matter.

Warm greetings from the Department of Budget and Management (DBM). 

Thank you for your request dated 16 August 2023, under the Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) or the Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

We have received your request for Follow-up on OCA and HEA, on 16 August 2023. However, please be informed that we have forwarded your inquiry to another agency, specifically to the Department of Health (DOH).

On the part of the DBM please be informed that the budget for the OCA and HEA were already funded in the 2023 General Appropriations Act. The DOH shall be in-charge for the releasing of the said funds. For further inquiries, please coordinate directly to the DOH.
