I am John Christian Cajida Carpio, a JLSS 2016 scholar graduate from Bulacan State University. 

I would like to know the possible date of release of the NOSCA for DOST-SEI RA 10612 Graduates. I coordinated with our division office and they told me to wait for your approval of the aforementioned document.

Dear Mr. Carpio,

This refers to your request for an update regarding the release of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for Batch 2016 scholar graduates of DOST-SEI under the Junior Level Science Scholarship Program (JLSSP). 

Please be informed that the preparation of the NOSCA for DepEd Regional Offices/Schools Division/Schools is already delegated to our Regional Offices.  Accordingly, you may wish to coordinate directly with our DBM Regional Office No. III based in Pampanga  regarding your concern.
