Good day!

I would like to request the following information from your Agency:

a. No. of Regular Employees,
b. No. of Contractual/Job Order Employees, and
c. No. of 'Regularized' Employees (Employees that were Contractual/Job Order and was 'Regularized').

It would be helpful if the information is divided into three years: 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Dear Ms. Castillo,

This refers to your request for information as regards  the number of regular, contractual and job order employees in government.

You may wish to peruse the Staffing Summary  published annually by the  DBM which shows the distribution of permanent positions by salary grade.

Relative to the data on contractual and job order employees, we suggest that you enlist the assistance of the Civil Service Commission.

A copy of the Staffing Summary may be accessed through our website www.dbm.gov.ph.
