Sir/Madam, Good day, I just wanted to know if there are available item for the Conversion of MT Position in Caraga Region  because last december 2020 i filed for the said position based on the memorandum they released but unfortunately according to them in excess na daw ang item. Can you enlighten me if still a possibility na ma approved yung sinubmit kung papers for conversion? o Kung meron pong budget, kailan po kaya ang pag-continue sa processing?

Your Request

You asked for To know the status of application in DepEd Caraga as to the process of conversion of MT position.

Response to Request

Please be informed that the available new Master Teacher (MT) positions due to conversion of existing teaching positions to Master Teacher positions shall be determined based on a quota system on the allowable number of Master Teacher positions in elementary and secondary schools as prescribed under existing guidelines by the Department of Education (DepEd). To date, we have not received any request from the DepEd Regional Office for the conversion of MT positions. The evaluation shall commence upon receipt of such request and once the FY 2021 funds are exhausted, the succeeding evaluation shall be done in FY 2022 in consideration still with the existing guidelines and availability of funds for the purpose.
