This refers to your request for a copy of the issuances with regard to the grant of honoraria to officials of state universities and colleges.

You may wish to peruse the Compendium of Issuances on Organization, Staffing, Position Classification and Compensation which may accessed from the DBM website www.dbm.gov.ph.  Included in the Compendium are the latest Circulars on the grant of honoraria for teaching overload, for involvement in special projects, etc.
