I would like to verify whether PPP expenditures are included in Figure 1 of the following publication from Congress https://cpbrd.congress.gov.ph/images/PDF%20Attachments/Facts%20in%20Figures/FF2021-30_Pub_Infra_Expenditure.pdf

Moreover, may I request for the breakdown (PPP, non-PPP) of total infrastructure expenditures of the Philippines from 2010-2020?
