Good day!
I would to request a pdf copy of the BOM for LGUs (2023 Edition) mentioned under Local Budget Circular No. 152. The actual manual was not included under the issuances in the DBM website. I think they have printed copies but you need to order it from DBM.

May we respectfully inform that currently printed copies of the Budget Operations Manual for Local Government Units, 2023 Edition are already available. To order, kindly email lgrcb@dbm.gov.ph. The Manual will be available on the DBM website at a later date.
