Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jun 08, 2022 10:02:08 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for an update on the status of your ERF  implementation.

We wish to inform you that the processing of the ERF, including the issuance of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation Action (NOSCA), are already delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.

Hence, we suggest that you coordinate directly with the DBM Regional Office concerned.
