In this regard, may we also know the year when this was procured, the ABC, and the winning bidder/developer?

Dear Martin Roy Base,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Aug 01, 2023 02:38:43 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Information re: ABC and winning bidder for the Development of the DBM DMS.

We regret to inform you that as of this writing, after diligent search, we are still unable to locate the records for the procurement of the subject project. However, I have enclosed herein the Bid Docs for said project. As stated therein, the ABC was Twelve Million Pesos (P12,000,000.00) and was procured in the year 2011.
