Hi. May I know if government employees are allowed for reimbursement of prescriptive eyeglasses? Are there any DBM, CSC or COA issuances/ guidelines for that? If it is allowed, can I have maximum 3 government offices who had implemented it.

Follow-up question po. How about any guidelines/ policies with regard to eyeglasses for government employees, whether reimbursable or not, whether prescriptive or not, are there any?
