Hi! This is to kindly request for a copy of DBM Budget Execution Guidelines No. 2004-1 dated January 8, 2004. As per checking of the DBM Compendium of Issuances at the DBM website, said document is not available.

For your request, please be informed that DBM Budget Execution Guidelines pertain to guidelines issued for the DBM Budget and Management Bureaus and Regional Offices only, to prescribe rules on budget execution related issues. Thus, we regret that the said request cannot be considered since the information is internal to the DBM only.
