Good day po! 
I am wtiting this letter to follow up the  status of my NOSCA from Master Teacher I to Master Teacher II reclassification. My name is Ryan R. Raguero,  MT -I , Deped Region  V Division of Albay ,Polangui General Comprehensive High School.

Dear Mr. Raguero:

This refers to your Request for Information (RFI) dated October 6, 2023 inquiring on the status on the issuance of Notice of Organization, Staffing, and Compensation Action (NOSCA) for the reclassification of your position from Master Teacher I to Master II at Polangui General Comprehensive High School, Division of Albay.
	
Per records of this Office, we have already released/transmitted a letter dated September 29, 2023 to the Department of Education Regional Office V and to the Implementing Unit concerned informing that said request is held in abeyance in view of the conduct of the Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on October 30, 2023 which prohibits, among others, the promotion or giving of salary increases, remuneration and privileges to any government official from September 15, 2023 until October 29, 2023. Rest assured of our immediate action upon the lifting of the said prohibition.

The Notice of Full Grant (Annex E) is hereto attached for your reference.
