Good morning, Sir/Ma'am!

I am an entry-level nurse in a DOH-retained hospital. As to this date, we haven't received any salary increase yet, despite the issuance of DBM Budget Circular 2020-4. Per inquiry from our own Finance Division, we still yet to find budget for this.  May we seek your advice, Sir/Ma'am? We are expecting this much-awaited pay since January.

Dear Ms. De Lara,

This refers to your request as regards the delayed implementation of the salary upgrading of the Nurse positions.

Section 10.0 of Budget Circular No. 2020-4 enumerates the funding sources for the implementation of the upgrading of the entry-level Nurse positions.  

Relatedly, Section 11 of the same Circular, highlights the responsibility of the head of agency/office for the proper implementation of the provisions of the Circular.
