I am writing to request data on the Government's investment in Human Capital from 1980 to 2022. I am a Marriane Arales at Cavite State University and I am currently conducting a thesis on the Effect of Public Investment on Economic Growth: A Comparative Study of Human Capital and Physical Capital Investment in Philippines

I am particularly interested in data on the following:

 	I am writing to request detailed information regarding the public investment in health from 1980 to 2022. This information is crucial for the completion of my Undergraduate Thesis at Cavite State University, which aims to analyze the Effect of public investment in Economic Growth.
 	To ensure the comprehensiveness of my research, I kindly request the following data: Detailed investment of Government in Filipinos Health. Including budget allocation, key initiatives, and any noteworthy programs or developments introduced during 1980-2022. Please exclude the budget allocations for infrastructure or Physical capital investment. 
 	I assure you that the information provided will solely be used for academic research purposes and will contribute to a comprehensive analysis of the trends and impacts of public investment in Economic Growth.

The available data that we have is the government allocation on health from 1981 to 2022 which could be found in the Budget of Expenditures and Sources of Financing (BESF) under the Expenditure Program by Sector portion.

We have sent through email the scanned Expenditure Program by Sector from 1981-2000. The data from FYs 2001-2022 are available online. See links below:
