Dear Mr. Rey,

This refers to your request for a copy of Budget Circular  (BC) No. 2002-3 dated November 8, 2002.

Please note that said Circular has been superseded by BC No. 2002-4 dated November 28, 2002.  Both Circulars provide the rules and regulations on the grant of extra cash gift to government personnel for CY 2002.

Enclosed is a copy of BC No. 2002-4 for your perusal.
