I am Martin Roy Base, a Planning Officer from the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

We currently in process of finalizing the OPCR of our IT Bureau and we would like to benchmark their indicators with other similar IT bureaus/offices in the government, particularly on cybersecurity, system uptime/downtime, and systems development, among others.

3. Establishment of ICT-related policies, procedures, guidelines, or standards
