Greetings! 

I a Filipino graduate student from International University of Japan. I am conducting research on the impact of Intergovernmental Transfer  (i.e., IRA) on health outcomes. I already had data on provincial, city, and municipal IRA receipts from 1992 to 2018 but not barangays. 

May I request the same data on IRA receipts and timeline at the barangay level for said research.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online (FY 2009 to 2019). However, the DBM website link for this information is currently being revamped. Nonetheless, you may retrieve your requested information from this link: https://reports.dbm.gov.ph/ira2.0.
