2. Request for a copy of the Planning and Design Guidelines for Orphanages and Rehabilitation Center Health Facilities

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot accommodate your request since your attached proof of identification (Student ID), does not match to your declared stated name.

In order for us to properly facilitate your request for information, please attach a valid ID which matches to your declared stated name.

Moreover, with regard to your second request for a copy of the Planning and Design Guidelines for Orphanages and Rehabilitation Center Health Facilities, please be informed that such requested information is not in the custody of the DBM.
