We are particularly looking into how the provinces of La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Isabela and Cagayan utilized their shares from 2015 to present.

To better present the facts, we would like to request from your office copy of the following documents:

1.	Total shares received by the provinces from 2015 to present
2.	Report on Fund Utilization and Status of Program/Project Implementation
3.	List of programs and projects they intend to implement using funds
