Under section 4.2.2.2 Faculty members whose hiring period is after 2016 but within a year before 2019 and cannot complete the six semester, who will use the QCE results of the remaining semesters.

I was hired june 2016 as temporary and been permanent dec. 18, 2018, thus my QCE may also be evaluated during the time I was with temporary item or only during the time of my permanency. Whereas the NBC 461 8th cycle is within june 1, 2016 to july 30, 2019.

May we highlight that pursuant to Item 6.0 of  Joint DBM-CHED Circular No. 1, series of 2022, issues and concerns that may arise from the implementation of the Circular shall be resolved by either the CHED or the DBM, whichever is applicable.
