Response to Request

Briefly, the GAA is composed of the following main sections:

-	Appropriations per department/agency. This contains the financial information on the approved funds for its Personnel Services, MOOE, and Capital Outlays, as well as for its programs. For the 2019 GAA, these information are contained in Volume 1 of the said GAA.

-	General Provisions. The General Provisions provide the policies for the implementation of the approved Budget. In particular, it includes provisions on the GAA as the Allotment Order, Receipts and Income, Expenditures, Personnel Benefits, and Release and Use of Funds, among others. Under the 2019 GAA, these information are contained in Volume I-B.

-	Performance information per department/agency. This is contained in Volume II of the 2019 GAA. The performance information contains the performance indicators per Program.

You can view the details of the GAA in the DBM website under Budget Documents. Hard copies are also available in the DBM Library which is open to the public during office hours. If you have further questions, you can call us (local 1103/1107) or visit the Library for more information.
