Good day, I am Karl R. Ocampo, an agriculture reporter from the Philippine Daily Inquirer. I would like to request for the latest update of the RSBSA, preferably the one used in 2019. I understand that the DBM is the main implementor and keeper of this database. The data will be used for a story that I am working on regarding the registry's importance in the government's distribution of agricultural loans and other interventions. Thanks.
