Hi! I would like to know when will the budget circular be release for the implementation of the SC ruling of SG 15 as entry level of government nurses. A lot of nurses are waiting for the DBM circular so that the implementation and the retroactive application be given to them the soonest possible. Thank you so much and God bless us all!

Dear Ms. Flores,

This refers to your query on when the Budget Circular for the implementation of the Supreme Court (SC)  ruling setting SG-15 as the entry level for government nurses will be issued by the Department.

The DBM will issue the attendant Circular for the proper implementation of the SC ruling once said Decision becomes final and executory.
