Thank you for your request dated Aug 24, 2022 06:41:09 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for an update regarding the issuance of the Notice of Organization, Staffing and Compensation  Action (NOSCA) reflecting your promotion as a Teacher.

Please be informed that the processing of the NOSCA due to the implementation of the Equivalents Record Form (ERF) has already been delegated to the DBM Regional Offices.

Accordingly, may we suggest that you coordinate directly with the concerned DBM Regional Office as regards your concern.
