Dear Roden Joseph Reyes,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jan 07, 2021 10:29:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You are asking for the status of your NOSCA in relation to the approved ERFs by DepEd ROIII last July 31, 2020.

Please be informed that you are included in the 5th Batch of FY 2020 Approved ERFs, Master Teachers and Reclassification of Positions submitted by DepEd ROIII, however, the FY 2020 lump-sum appropriation for the purpose has already been depleted. Hence, the NOSCA for the implementation of your approved ERF was not processed for lack of funds.

Considering that the FY 2021 General Appropriations Act (GAA) was already approved under RA 11518, the Deped-Regional Office may now resubmit the request.
