Good day!

Today being the first day of FOI, may I request for the list of Agricultural Competitiveness Fund for the year 2009 for my research project proposal with regards to agricultural competitiveness, that may be funded by the said program.  I believe the DBM and Department of Agriculture are repository of these data.
