Hello!

I'd like to request relevant documents that would show the allocation of the budget for Free Tuition 2017. This would include a breakdown for each SUC and the amount that constituent campus (i.e. UP System) would receive.

If possible, please include all documents that are related to the works and enabling of Free Tuition 2017.
